"Adding Value to America" was the theme as more than 2,400 of the National Guard's senior Army and Air Force leaders from across the nation gathered in National Harbor, Maryland outside the nation's capital for the first ever Joint Senior Leadership Conference. At the event, The Cinetransformer was used by LM&O Advertising to showcase the Guard's upcoming media campaign, informing National Guard recruiters of the new campaign and how to integrate it into their recruiting efforts.

The Cinetransformer was recognized for its important role in recruiting new citizen soldiers as part of the National Guard's national recruiting campaign at NASCAR events, on campus and at major sporting events nationwide.
